Indiana lawmakers stall on marijuana legalization but push ad bans instead

Again this year, efforts to legalize – and tax – marijuana are going nowhere in the Indiana legislature. But among the public, the latest Hoosier Poll* shows “62% favoring full – recreational and medicinal – legalization and an additional 25% backing medicinal-only legalization.”

So, give Hoosiers what they want? Naw. Instead, these senators would rather ban billboards advertising marijuana, a product that's legal in three neighboring states.
